Nia Jax returning to help Alexa Bliss defeat Ronda Rousey and retain the RAW Women’s Championship.
Reason – This slot was originally scheduled to be Natalya Neidhart stealing the spotlight from Rousey and costing her the shot at gold. However, with the untimely and truly sad passing of her father earlier this week, it no longer appears likely that this will occur.
With that being said, the plan for someone to help Bliss remains, and I think it will be Nia Jax. Reason being, Jax was floundering as a face champion before dropping the belt back to Bliss. Jax doesn’t work as a face, and she has a past history with Rousey. It would be a simple story to tell that Jax blames Rousey for losing her belt to Bliss at Money in the Bank.
Rousey will have the RAW Women’s championship around her waist at some point before WrestleMania, but I simply don’t feel now is the time. RAW cannot have two part time champions holding their top two belts.
