Arizona 27 Browns 17 – Browns run defense is ranked 32nd in the league, allowing over 150 yards a game. Combine that with too much Carson Palmer and the Browns season of disaster continues.

Season 66-39

Miami @ New England – New England

Cardinals 31 Browns 13 – If you thought the Rams defense was tough, the Cardinals are just as tough if not better. The Cardinals offense can score points with ease as well. The Browns catch a break because Arizona played Monday night and have to travel east for a 1PM kickoff on Sunday, but it won’t matter that much.

ARI over CLE 28-16 – The Browns have done nothing to show me they can win as of late, and the injuries aren’t helping either. I think the Cardinals will handle the Browns easily in week 8.

Cardinals 38 Browns 14 – Understandably, getting Joe Haden and Tashaun Gipson back this week is a sizable upgrade to what has been forced to play in the secondary. However, Arizona’s offense is just way too powerful for opposing defenses to slow down. Not-so-bold prediction for this one: Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd eclipse 100 yards receiving on Sunday. CJ2K, you know the guy the Browns passed on when T-West and Duke Johnson Jr. were idle for camp, is also the second leading rusher – not good news for the front seven in Cleveland.

Last Week 11-3
Season 53-20

Atlanta over Tampa Bay
Baltimore over San Diego
Minnesota over Chicago
Houston over Tennessee
New Orleans over NY Giants
Cincinnati over Pittsburgh
St. Louis over San Francisco
Jets over Oakland
Seattle over Dallas
Green Bay over Denver

Arizona 35 Browns 10 – Arizona is a good, young team playing with a ton of confidence. The Browns are a trainwreck. Will Cleveland go with a banged-up career loser or an untested youngster that can’t seem to keep his personal life out of the headlines? Does it really matter? The Cardinals could seriously embarrass the Browns on Sunday. And, think…they Cleveland has just four days to prepare for the Bengals! Going on record now to say the Browns-Bengals Thursday night game is going to be a turning point for this franchise…in one way or another.

Arizona 28 Cleveland 10 – Cleveland isn’t going to be able to cover the Arizona wide receivers and the Browns wide receivers won’t be able to separate from the Arizona corners. Arizona strolls to a victory.

Arizona over Browns
– After four straight games that came down to the final play, the Browns were simply whitewashed last weekend. The return home does them no favors this week, regardless of who is at quarterback.

Arizona 28 Cleveland 17 – Bruce Arians reminds the Browns why they shouldn’t have passed on him in their head coaching searches in recent years. Meanwhile the Browns are well on their way to beginning yet another coaching search.
