The Day After; Five Takeaways from the Hue Jackson Presser After the Browns Loss to the Saints

Monday Browns head coach Hue Jackson has his usual sit down with the media to chat about various topics surrounding the team after their hard to swallow 21-18 loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.

Of course the top two topics from Jackson included the teams’ Monday deal to the New England Patriots of now former wide out Josh Gordon, and what went on with the deal to the AFC Champion from a season ago.

Also Jackson spoke about the shift in the teams’ kicking game, as the team made a change on Monday, letting Zane Gonzalez go after he missed a pair of field goals and extra points on Sunday, and the bringing in of new kicker Greg Joseph.

Here’s five quotes and takeaways from the Monday Jackson presser as the team will have a short week as they get ready for a home game on Thursday night on National TV against the New York Jets, who are 1-1 after Sunday’s loss to the Dolphins at home.
