Some Early Browns Defensive Breakdowns; Who Starts Over Who in 2018?

The Cleveland Browns are about to embark on what could be a franchise changing season.

The Browns will look to rebound from an 0-16 season. Training camp is right around the corner and it’s time to give you the fans a preview of your 2018 Cleveland Browns.

The Browns went through a roster overhaul both offensively and defensively. We are going to focus in on the upgraded Browns defense led by Defensive Coordinator Gregg Williams.

Defensive Line:

2017 first overall pick Myles Garrett and second-year player Emmanuel Ogbah are slated to start at defensive end. Look for these two have a monster year so long as they stay healthy. Myles Garrett missed last season opener with an ankle injury. The Browns will have four returning defensive tackles. Trevon Coley, Larry Ogunjobi, Caleb Brantley, Jamie Meder. The Browns added depth by drafting Chad Thomas who was selected as the third pick in the third round. Cleveland also signed veteran Chris Smith from Cincinnati on a 3 yr deal worth $12 million. Both Smith and Thomas will be the back-ups to Garrett and Ogbah.
