Preview: Pressure on the Indians as Carrasco Looks to Help Tribe Even Up the ALDS in Houston

3. Take a Breath

Of course it’s easy for fans to want to jump ship after one game, but the Tribe is still a very good team, has shown it on the road, and can get the job done – not saying they will or it will be easy, but they have to not let the early moments of game two get ahead of them.

All the pressure is on the Indians today, and they have to have a sense of urgency not to come out and allow Houston to simply blow them away and make this series one that could seriously end in three games.

Carrasco is going to have to throw well, the pen is going to have to not allow homers and a number of base runners, and more so the offense is going to have to do their part.

Last season the Tribe got up 2-0 and got comfortable, this season they can’t afford to be the team that goes down 0-2 like the New York team they faced a season ago.
