White Sox starter Carlos Rodon has been super impressive as of late for a team going nowhere in 2018, as in his last five starts he’s 2-0 with a 1.56 ERA and 31 strikeouts.
He lost two back-to-back decisions to the Indians back on June 14th and 19th, allowing six earned runs in 11.1 innings in those two outings.
In his last outing against the Rays, he gave up one run on three hits in six innings, but in that outing he gave up five walks with four K’s.
The Indians have to work the count and be patient against the Sox pitcher tonight.
