The Bears got back on their winning ways last night against the Knights of Nordonia High School.
Leading the way with his best conference match score this season was Junior Jacob Frey. Jacob finished with 2 birdies and 2 bogeys for an even par 36.
Hot on his heels was sophomore Jarrett Nowak firing a 37. Riding the golf roller coaster was Senior Tommy Frey. Tommy’s round consisted of an eagle, and 2 birdies coupled with 2 double bogeys and a pair of triples.
Senior Evan Groh has his first eagle in a match as well by driving the par 4 fifth hole and draining a big breaking 20 foot putt.
The Bears will play at Hinckley Hills again on Thursday to face the Black Tigers of Cuyahoga Falls.
