NEOSI’s Studs For 2018 NFL Draft

RB Rashaad Penny San Diego State

With so many good RBs to choose from it was hard picking which one I wanted to list as the other back I think can be a complete stud. In the end, I went with Penny and I think it is also because he is getting undervalued. He has a little bigger frame than some of the other backs at 220 but was tied for third among them with a 4.46 40. He’s not going to be the strongest or biggest jumper but one of the more complete all around backs teams are looking for in todays NFL. He also put up the numbers to back it up with a 2,248 yard rushing season and 23 TDs on the ground. Even though he took on the workload this year, sitting behind Humphrey saved a lot of wear and tear for him.
