NEO Sports Insiders Week Four NFL Power Rankings

16. OAKLAND RAIDERS (22)

AC/DC, or Amari Cooper and Derek Carr, are fun to watch – that is unless you were a Browns fan this past Sunday. Carr had a field day against the Browns and Latavious Murray bulldozed for 139 yards on 26 touches and a TD. This young core looked impressive and I for one am excited to see how Oakland’s season will play out.

17. DALLAS COWBOYS (12)

If you’re going to rely on Brandon Weeden, chances are you’re going to lose some football games. With Tony Romo and Dez Bryant out for the extended time I just don’t see Dallas rising to the top of anyone’s power rankings.

18. ST. LOUIS RAMS (16)

Stagnant. There is no other way to describe this Rams football team over the past two weeks. After an overtime victory over the Seahawks in Week 1, St. Louis has failed to gain any ground in the run game. Todd Gurley made his NFL debut and it was brief – 6 carries for 9 yards.
