Minor-League Team in Reno Planning a Trevor Bauer Drone Bobblehead Giveaway in August

If you’re looking for a fun road trip this season to watch some baseball and get a cool item having to do with the Tribe, look no further than a trip to Reno.

Yes, the Reno Aces – the Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, are doing a giveaway that is getting national attention today, they are planning on giving away a bobblehead August 19th to commemorate the drone/finger injury that left Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer bleeding in the ALCS against the Blue Jays.

Why would a random team like the Aces do a giveaway like this? They did have the Indians starter on their roster in 2012 after the Diamondbacks drafted him with the 3rd pick in the 2011 draft, so it does make sense.

Not to mention when was the last time you even thought about the Reno Aces?

Bauer himself seems intrigued by the giveaway, and took to twitter to tweet out about it.

If you’re not able to get to Reno, check Ebay around August 20th, as I’m sure these bobbleheads will go for a pretty penny.
