Mat Insiders: John Cena To Have Shoulder Surgery; Out for WrestleMania 32

Love him or hate him, John Cena remains one of the biggest draws in WWE, and today the superstar announced he will be undergoing surgery on his shoulder, ending his hopes for a main event match at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas in April.

The star tweeted out the news earlier:

From all indications the plan was for Cena to be in one of the main events against the Undertaker, but now that he’s out it remains to be seen the gameplan for Taker moving forward.

It’s the second big injury for WWE recently, as the company lost Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins back in early November, forcing the company to remove the belt from him.
