LeBron James Unfollows the Cleveland Cavaliers Twitter and Instagram Accounts

The internet had a meltdown Monday evening, when Twitter user @KanyeCobain discovered that LeBron James does not follow the Cavaliers on Twitter. It was then pointed out that LeBron does not follow the Cavs’ Instagram account either.

It’s another episode in a several week period of LeBron’s interesting use of social media.

LeBron still follows Tristan Thompson, Matthew Dellavedova, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Love.

Is this another attempt to mess with people’s heads? Is LeBron feuding with the Cavs management behind the scenes?

It’s 2016, so the internet has a world of its own. But LeBron is enough of a media-savvy person and is aware enough to know that something like this will be interpreted as a big deal, even if there’s nothing to it.

My instinct says LeBron just likes to mess with people’s heads, but a lot of crazy things have happened this year. Who knows?
