CLEVELAND – After sweeping the Rockford IceHogs in the Central Division Semi-Finals, the Lake Erie Monsters advance to the Central Division Finals against the Grand Rapids Griffins, who won their first-round series by sweeping the Milwaukee Admirals in three games.
The Monsters have home ice advantage in the series, as it will be a best-of-seven game, 2,2,1,1,1 format.
The Monsters’ second round schedule with Grand Rapids is as follows:
Game 1 – Thursday, May 5th – Monsters vs. Griffins – 7:00 pm EST
Game 2 – Saturday, May 7th – Monsters vs. Griffins – NOON EST
Game 3 – Sunday, May 8th – Monsters @ Griffins – 4:00 pm EST
Game 4 – Tuesday, May 10th – Monsters @ Griffins – 7:00 pm EST
