Kyrie Irving Accepts Invitation to Play in 2016 Rio Olympics

News broke Saturday afternoon that Cavs point guard Kyrie Irving will play in the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Irving fills out the roster as the 12th player to commit to playing.

Klay Thompson
Harrison Barnes

LeBron James, Steph Curry, Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Kawhi Leonard, Damian Lillard, and Chris Paul are among star players taking the summer off to rest.

The 2016 Rio Olympics begin on August 5, ending on August 21.
