Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last month, you’d know that the Cleveland Cavaliers have expressed their emotions through Arthur memes. Yes, that Arthur.
The television show designed for young children has been at the forefront of the Cavs social media pages, as LeBron James started it up with the famous screenshot of the character clenching his fist with the caption “Mood”. It appears that the Jacksonville Jaguars have taken notice of this and one of their top stars has decided to poke some fun at Cleveland’s basketball team while in town.
Jacksonville safety Jalen Ramsey, known for being vocal during games, was rocking “Arthur” cleats before today’s game against the Cleveland Browns. Whether it be just for fun or if he’s trying to rub the city of Cleveland the wrong way is still to be determined. But one thing’s for sure, the creators of the television show have to be pleased with the relevance their main character still holds today.
