Indians Starting Lineup For Game 2 With Dodgers

CLEVELAND – The Tribe is set to play the Los Angeles Dodgers at Progressive Field. First pitch is at 7:10. On the bump for Cleveland, tonight is Corey Kluber who looks to improve his record from 5-2, 4.38 ERA. He will be facing McCarthy (5-3, 3.28).

Batting order is set as follows”

  2. Lindor SS
  3. Brantley LF
  4. Santana 1B
  5. Encarnacion DH
  6. Ramirez 3B
  7. Chisenhall RF
  8. Gomes C
  9. Zimmer CF

Just before batting practice the grounds crew covered the field with the tarp and canceled BP and sent the teams indoors to the cage where they can use an automatic pitching machine to help the teams get warmed up before another playoff caliber game with the visiting Dodgers.

Cleveland faces Los Angeles again Thursday at Progressive Field 12:10 pm first pitch and rain continues to be in the forecast in the Cleveland area.
