Indians and Braves to Play a Pair at Progressive Field, the Tribe Lineup for Game One

The Indians and Braves couldn’t get a break from Mother Nature on Friday to play the first game of their three-game set, forcing the two teams to play a pair today at Progressive Field.

Today’s first game will start at 4:10pm, with Corey Kluber going for the Indians against Julio Teheran of the Braves.

Kluber is coming off a bad start last Sunday in which he was given a 3-0 lead and then gave it and more back. He earned a no-decision as the Tribe rallied to tie the game, only to fall in the 9th to the Royals 9-8.

Game two will see Trevor Bauer go for the Indians, he comes into Saturday with a mark of 2-1 with a 2.05 ERA. He took care of the Mariners in his last start out last week in Seattle.

Touki Toussaint will pitch in game two for the Braves, he’s 1-0, throwing a solid game back on April 13th against the Mets in which he didn’t allow a run in six innings.

Here’s the lineup for the Indians for game one against the Braves.

Leonys Martin CF
Jose Ramirez 3B
Jason Kipnis 2B
Carlos Santana 1B
Jake Bauers DH
Greg Allen LF
Tyler Naquin RF
Kevin Plawecki C
Max Moroff SS

And the Braves starting nine.
