High School Cross Country: Berea Midpark Represents Well At Mentor Cardinal Classic

BOYS VARSITY CROSS COUNTRY

Points – 599

Junior Ethan Bradt paced Berea-Midpark once again this weekend at the Mentor Cardinal Classic. Bradt finished 73rd out of 183 runners with a time of 17:58.3. Junior Anthony Cocita Jr. was the next Titan across the finish line, recording a time of 19:33.9, shaving 54 seconds off his time last week at the SWC Preview Meet.

Berea-Midpark will return to the Tiffin Cross Country Carnival next weekend. The Varsity race is set to begin at 4:00 p.m.

Varsity Girls Cross Country

9th place

Shura Ermakov and Morgan Jankowski finished 1 and 2 for the Titans again this week at the Mentor Cardinal Classic. Ermakov covered the course in 20:32.3, finishing 32nd out of 160 runners. Jankowski followed closely behind with a time of 20:35.1, good for a 37th place finish.

The Titans will travel to the Tiffin Cross Country Carnival Saturday September 9th. The varsity race will begin at 4:00 p.m.
