Garfield Heights Native, Trey Lewis Joins Cavs’ Summer League Team

Point Guard Trey Lewis, 6 foot 2, 190 pounds, who grew up in Garfield Heights, Ohio has joined the Cavs Summer League team.

Lewis averaged 23 points per game at Garfield Heights High School in his senior year in 2011. He went to Penn State University for his freshman year, but then transferred to Cleveland State.

After playing his sophomore and junior years at CSU, he transferred to Louisville, where he averaged 11 points per game, the second-most on the team.

Cavaliers’ Summer League games begin July 8 in Las Vegas. The Cavs take on the Bucks in the first game of the 11-day showcase.
