Cleveland State Falls to No. 18 Purdue 77-53

The Cleveland State Vikings fell to the No. 18 Purdue Boilermakers 77-53 on Saturday.

The Vikings fall to 3-6 overall and play three more non-conference games, beginning with a road game at Ohio University (Dec. 17), followed by a home game vs. Lake Erie College (Dec. 19) and a trip to Belmont (Dec. 22).

Barring a surprise upset in any of those games, it looks like the Vikings will be 4-8 when they open up Horizon League play, which begins on Dec. 29, when the Green Bay Phoenix come to Cleveland.
