The Cinderella story continues tonight in Erie as Cleveland SC travels to take on Midwest East Division champions The Erie Commodores. As you may recall, these two teams dominated the division all season long and split their two games against each other. Each winning at home. For Erie, the June 22nd loss to Cleveland was their only defeat of the season.
Both of these teams are early favorites to win the cup this postseason. Fans must remember, the game played at full strength between these two squads, Cleveland won 3-2 in thrilling fashion. Their match last weekend in Erie, saw Cleveland sit out several stars for injury and rest reasons. Those men included Tom Beck, Admir Suljevic, Mikey Derezic, Coletun Long and Vinny Bell. All will be back in uniform tonight.
