Cleveland Monsters’ Assistant Captain T.J. Tynan Called Up To Columbus Blue Jackets

CLEVELAND – The AHL’s Cleveland Monstered announced Friday that assistant captain and center, T.J. Tynan has been called up to the Columbus Blue Jackets for his first trip to the NHL on an emergency basis.

Tynan is the top scorer for the Monsters this season with 30 points consisting of 7 goals and 23 assists as depicted below in the chart.

Although the Monsters will be without Tynan, he may have the opportunity to play against Ottawa Saturday night at 7:00 pm and Sunday at 5:00 pm, against the New Jersey Devils, depending on the length of his call up.

Next up for the Monsters, it’s a Saturday road clash vs. the Chicago Wolves with full coverage, live from Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL, underway at 8:00 pm on 99X and the Monsters Hockey Network.
