Cavaliers To Be Honored By President Barack Obama at the White House Next Week

The Cavaliers will finally get their tour of the White House, as President Barack Obama will welcome the Champions to D.C. on November 10th.

The trip to the Nation’s Capital on Thursday makes sense as they play at home against the Hawks on Tuesday, are off Wednesday and Thursday, and will play the Wizards on the road Friday.

The trip comes two days after the nation will decide who the next President will be as election day is Tuesday.

Trips to the White House for NBA Champions started back in 1963 when the Boston Celtics won the title, and then President John F. Kennedy invited Boston to D.C.
