The Shoregals took first place at its SWC Preview today at Gray Hawk, beating the second place team by 25 strokes. Leading the Shoregals was Paighton Masterson with a 75.
She was the medalist for the tournament. Emma Davies shot an 80, followed by Liz Thieken, 84, and Maggie Owen, 85. Keely McGinty shot a 95, followed by Maggie Masterson, 96, and Marissa Hall, 97.
Lauren Hawkinson chipped in a 112.The team shot an impressive 324 on a challenging course.
The Shoregals travel to North Ridgeville for a match tomorrow morning.
