The Hilltoppers of Western Kentucky and C-USA Champs will play USF in what is almost a home game for the Bulls. The Hilltoppers finally cracked the top 25 in the last standings of the year coming in at 25. They are led by Senior QB Brandon Doughty who is 356 of 496 on the season with 45 TDs and 7 INTs. He has led the team to wins over Vanderbilt, Marshall, and Southern Mississippi in the Championship game and might be a day three pick in the upcoming NFL draft. They rank 6th in the country in passing and 4th in points scored. USF comes into this game as one of the hottest teams in the country winning seven of its last eight with the lone loss coming to Navy. They hoist a 44-23 victory over then 22nd ranked Temple. The Bulls have a strong run game ranking 11th in the country. This should be an offensive and close game worth watching.
